Yong Oh oversees all legal work performed by the Access Law Firm. He has been a Florida attorney since 2012, and began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, or criminal prosecutor. After spending five years at that position, Yong then spent several years as the In-house Counsel for a private equity group, gaining experience in various facets of the group’s numerous business interests, including marketing, debt collection, financial regulations, Regulation D fundraising, arbitration, and employment law. Yong founded the Access Law Firm with the mission to use his experience, knowledge, and skills provide high-quality legal services typically provided to wealthy individuals and conglomerates to everyday individuals and small businesses.
